Providing therapy in CA, FL and TN

I bring a genuine, compassionate presence to my work, grounded in an understanding of how complex and challenging life can be. I have firsthand experience with complicated family dynamics, marriage, blended families, parenting, and personal loss, all of which allows me to meet you without judgment. I’m not afraid of life’s messiness, and I’ll move at a pace comfortable for you to feel safe. As trust develops, I’ll take a gently challenging, educational and directive approach to help foster meaningful growth and lasting change.

I specialize in helping couples overcome common obstacles that impact their connection such as poor conflict management and repair and different attachment and communication styles. I also specialize in supporting adults overcome people-pleasing, self-esteem, trauma and narcissistic or relational abuse.

In addition to private practice, my experience includes working for Kaiser Permanente, public schools and non-profit and county behavioral health agencies. Licensed to practice in California, TN and Florida, I am trained in EMDR with an attachment-based focus as well as Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and The Gottman Method.
